
Governance
Directorships are entirely voluntary and drawn from differing representative groups within the community. The current Directors are listed below:
Finance Director: (Richard Dodson): Responsible for bank accounts and maintaining records of individual project grant income and outgoings, preparation of accounts, financial reporting to board meetings, preparation of annual returns to Company House
Company Secretary (Graham Pollok): Responsible for minutes of meetings, compliance and documentation for company house, legal affairs.
Business Director (Stuart Horton): Responsible for liaising with Polperro businesses and representing business interests to the Board.
The Polperro Promotion Group CIC was incorporated on 22nd December 2016, details of the company including the Articles of Association (which have replaced the original PPG constitution) can be found via https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10537795.
